3D Printing Materials
You'll find here an overview of the different types of material that we are using for 3D printing your 3D models. Nylon PA12 (Plastic)
Being both solid and flexible, this material offers high versatility. The surface has a sanded, grainy texture which can be polished. The 3D prints obtained with this material are somewhat porous and are available in 10 colors.
Grey Nylon PA11/12 (Grey Plastic)
This plastic is made from grey powder and offers a continuous coloring that is resistant to abrasion. The surface has a sanded, grainy texture which can be polished. Being both solid and flexible, this material offers high versatility.
PEBA 2301 is a flexible plastic material. Its surface is similar to rubber. It is highly resistant to stress and fatigue, with a high elasticity. The good chemical resistance of PEBA and its long term stability make it a good technical material.
Flexible Plastic is an off-white powder-based material. Strong, with outstanding flexibility, it makes a top choice for 3D prints resembling soft products or for innovative uses as a final product.
Similar to our plastic material, but with small aluminum particles, this material can only withstand minor impacts. The surface is somewhat porous with a light aluminum sheen.
Nylon 3200 Glass-filled
Nylon 3200 Glass-filled is a plastic material filled with glass beads. It is stronger and more durable but has a less accurate printing resolution. It is a good technical material.
CarbonMide is a mix of black polyamide powder and carbon fibers. It has a great resistance and offers the best weight / Strength ratio. The material can be used for many technical parts like aerodynamic components in the motor sport industry.
Multijet Fusion PA12
Our Multijet Fusion PA12 is a great material for prototyping and manufacturing parts. The multi-agent printing process invented by HP offers fine details and smooth surface. Discover here all details about this material.
VeroWhite Resin (Opaque Polyjet Resin)
Both solid and rigid, this polyjet material offers high levels of detail with a smooth surface. It is available in 12 different colors.
VeroClear Resin (Translucent Polyjet Resin)
Both solid and rigid, this polyjet material offers high levels of detail with a smooth surface. Ask a quote for colors.
This is the only materials with which you can create multicolor 3D printed objects. Fragile, it can only be used for ornamental use. It has a sandy and granulous surface.
Aluminum AISi7Mg0,6 (SLM)
Our Aluminum creates 3D printed objects from a fine metallic powder
principally composed of aluminum (90%) and silicium (9%). Aluminum
is used to offer light and strong parts for various industries
such as automotive, energy or high-tech products.
Titanium 6AI-4V (DMLS)
Our Titanium creates 3D printed objects from a fine metallic powder
composed of titanium (88-100%), aluminum (5.5-6.5%) and vanadium
(3.5-4.5%). Titanium creates light and strong parts for industries
like medical implants, automotive or aerospace.
Stainless Steel 316L (DMLS)
Our Stainless Steel creates 3D printed objects from a fine metallic
powder. Stainless Steel is used for various industries such
as automotive, energy or high-tech products. We 3D print Stainless
Steel 316L thanks to DMLS technology.
Sculpteo's brass material is composed of 80% copper, 15% zinc and
5% tin. It is perfect for jewellery and decorative creations.
Available in 6 finishes: raw, mirror polished, White Rhodium Plated, Black Rhodium Plated, Gold Plated and Pink Gold Plated.
Sterling Silver (Wax-Casting)
Solid and relatively malleable, our 92.5% sterling silver is perfect
for jewelry creation.
The surface is available in 2 finishes: rough and mirror polished.
Metal Steel / Bronze 420SS/BR
Our Steel / Bronze 420SS/BR is a great metal material for decorative
objects and jewelry. The polishing finishes and the plating
options give a professional looking aspect. The material is
infiltrated with bronze powder.
Stainless Steel 316 (Binder Jetting)
Our Stainless Steel 316 has a strong resistance against corrosion
and high temperature. This material can handle complex shapes
and is a perfect choice for 3D print small-size parts.
Sculpteo's bronze material is composed of 90% copper and 10% tin.
It is perfect for jewellery and decorative creations. Available
in 2 finishes: raw and polished.
